Recent NHS changes mean wait times for NHS funded eye appointments are increasing and may now require a ‘minimum time to care’ period after you have been referred by you GP or Optician before you can be seen. You can reduce your wait time, and get seen immediately, by self-funding your appointment.

While we always strive to accommodate changes to your booking, cancellations made within 5 days of a surgical appointment, within 48 hours of a general outpatient appointment or within 24 hours of an urgent appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
