Know your user - what's involved?

In order for us to verify our users are who they say they are, we need to undertake a number of checks and verification procedures prior to allowing access to the software.

Below are the steps involved as well as details of the information you’ll need to submit. At any point in time you can call our team on 0203 780 7860 for extra guidance.

1. REGISTER

We’ll ask you to register with your first name, family name, GOC/GMC no., email and phone number.

2. VERIFY

We’ll send a verification code to your email and your phone that’ll you’ll need to enter into the registration page.

3. PASSWORD

You’ll be asked to enter a password with at least 12 characters (minimum of 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 number)

4. ATTACH

You’ll next be asked to attach a close up picture of yourself plus a copy of a picture of your passport or driving licence.

5. PRACTICE

Once verified you’ll be asked to assign yourself to a practice. If the practice doesn’t exist, you can add the practice here.

6. LOGIN

You’ve now completed the KYU process and have access to the eVonnect platform. Using your user credentials, login to the software.
