Domestic Healthcare Cleaner

We are currently looking to recruit a Domestic Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic patient environment at our clinics in West London . You will deliver a cleaning service in accordance to work schedules and in line with CQC benchmarks, seeking to raise standards and improve service quality every day. Your work schedule will be evenings and weekends, you must hold a full driving license.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

– Visit Evolutio clinics in Wembley, Park Royal, Colindale, Feltham and Slough using pool car provided to undertake cleaning duties, including dusting/mopping/disinfecting of clinical rooms (floors, worktops, doors, chairs, desk etc), including medical equipment .

– Maintain hygiene and cleanliness levels commensurate to CQC benchmarks and Evolutio checklist.

– Manage and audit levels of hygiene compliance across all clinical sites within the Evolutio estate, reporting back to clinic area managers.

– Escalate areas of concern to clinic area managers around clinic hygiene and infection control.

– Maintain stock of marketing/clinical collateral and ensure leaflet & poster displays are current and consistent.

– Managing, refilling and restoking cleaning/hygiene supplies and toiletries (hand wash, toilet paper, paper towels) across all clinics.

– Undertake minor maintenance checks ensuing that equipment and furniture is both safe and fit for purpose.

– £12.62 per hour

– 20 hours a week, Monday to Friday 6.30pm to 10.30pm

Employees are required to challenge poor performance or poor practice in relation to infection prevention and report any breaches to the HR department.
